Croydon Council is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Business Partnering team within the Housing Directorate on a permanent basis. You will advise managers on employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness, and support organisational change and workforce projects.
You will analyse people data to spot trends and propose interventions, and you should have CIPD level 3 or equivalent experience in employee relations casework.
