East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Care Co-ordinator for the Countywide Early Intervention in Psychosis Team serving Bedfordshire and Luton. You will assess, plan and co-ordinate social care for adults with mental ill-health, and deliver psychosocial interventions across services.
The role requires a car for travel between sites and registration as a social worker with Social Work England (or as a first‑level mental health nurse with the NMC).
