Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is seeking a Social Worker to join the Family Support Team. The role focuses on advocacy and practical support for families of children with life-limiting conditions, including benefits, housing and family rights.
As part of a multidisciplinary team in the East Midlands, you will support safeguarding and provide training and guidance to colleagues while developing services for children, young people and families.
