The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Band 6 Registered Nurse to join the Urgent Community Response team within Adult Community Nursing, covering local areas in the community. You will deliver urgent and planned nursing care at patients' homes, triage referrals and coordinate with GPs and other services to prevent hospital admissions.
Applicants must be NMC registered, with Band 6 community experience and able to work across a 8am–8pm seven days a week schedule.
