Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for the wards of Wellesley Hospital, a 101-bed unit for men and women with mental health needs. The role centres on assessing, planning and evaluating care for service users, mentoring colleagues and keeping accurate records. The hospital has six wards for people with mental health needs and one for people with learning disabilities and autism, with busy shifts alongside routine. Fit depends on NMC registration, and every appointment is subject to a DBS check.
What the job involves
- Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
- Providing mentorship and support to team members
- Observing, recording and reporting service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care

- Experience as a mental health nurse in the NHS or private sector in the UK
