This permanent post at Wellington Eagles Primary Academy, part of Ascend Learning Trust, sits within a primary and nursery school. The role covers classes when teachers are absent, manages pupil behaviour and supports children in related activities, with other tasks set by the senior leadership team when not covering. What the job involves
- Provide classroom cover for students in the absence of teaching staff
- Manage student behaviour during cover
- Assist students in relevant activities in line with school policies and procedures
- Undertake tasks directed by the senior leadership team when not covering in class
