East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Nurse Team Leader for Ward 6B, the acute inpatient renal ward, a 25-bed unit within a tertiary renal referral centre. The post holder will share leadership with the Ward Manager, combining direct patient care with managing staff competencies, protocols and care pathways.
The role includes running the peritoneal dialysis information service at weekends and out of hours, with scope to develop skills in dialysis and renal replacement
