What the job involves
- Manage and maintain the council's housing register in line with the Allocations Policy
- Let vacant council properties in line with agreed processes and timescales to minimise rental loss
- Give ongoing advice to customers with a housing need
- Signpost customers to colleagues or organisations for housing support
