Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a Hazard Lead within the Housing Property Services Team. The role manages damp, mould and condensation hazards across council stock and deputises for the Disrepair, Damp & Mould Manager when required.
You will supervise surveyors, oversee surveys and prepare technical reports, estimates and procurement for projects from inception to completion. The post is permanent and 37 hours per week, with flexible working options where operationally feasible.
