Care Assistant in the reablement service at Essex Cares, helping people regain skills and stay independent at home. The work covers relearning personal care, mobility and meal preparation, delivered in clients' homes across the community. Evening weekday and weekend shifts are offered, with a mentor alongside the new starter after induction, and no prior experience is required. Visa sponsorship is not available through direct application, so candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.
What the job involves

- Travelling between clients across South Essex
- Working weekday evening shifts (3.00pm to 11.00pm)
- Working weekend day and evening shifts (7.00am to 3.00pm and 3.00pm to 11.00pm)
