Neale-Wade Academy is seeking a permanent cover supervisor to keep lessons running when teachers are absent. You will supervise classes using pre-prepared work, support learning, manage behaviour, and help keep students safe and on task.
This role requires clear communication with teachers and colleagues to maintain continuity and high safeguarding standards. The post is term-time, 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks, with duties spread across the school day.
