BCP Council's Adult Social Care service is seeking a permanent, full-time Team Manager for two integrated community mental health teams in east Bournemouth and Christchurch/Southbourne. You will allocate and oversee statutory social care work, supervise up to 10 staff and maintain defensible decisions around risk and discharge.
Delivery is in partnership with Dorset HealthCare for adults with severe mental illness, with some hybrid working.
