Lower Gornal Medical Practice seeks an experienced Advanced Practitioner (ANP/ACP) to assess, diagnose and manage minor illnesses in 15-minute appointments for patients aged 2 and over. The role includes triage, long-term condition reviews, and autonomous practice within scope, with independent prescribing in line with guidelines.
The post offers a fixed slot pattern, up to three days per week, within a Monday–Friday service running 08:00–18:30.
