Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a District Nurse to provide high-quality community nursing at patients' homes, care homes and supported living environments. The role includes medication administration, diabetes and wound care, end-of-life care, and promoting self-management.
The nurse will work across three weekdays with a weekend rota in a seven-day service and will travel widely by vehicle.
