Teaching Assistant Level 2 post at Don Valley Academy, a secondary academy with over 1,100 students in Years 7 to 11, part of a multi-academy trust. The role is permanent, part-time and starts in November 2026. The post supports pupils' access to learning and helps teachers manage pupils and classrooms, working in the classroom or elsewhere outside the main teaching area. The academy serves a mixed community and is an EEF Research School. Visa sponsorship is not available, and an enhanced DBS certificate is required.
What the job involves
- Support pupils' access to learning under the instruction or guidance of teaching or senior staff
- Carry out work, care and support programmes for pupils
