The Teaching Assistant Level 1 post at Pheasant Bank Academy, a three-form entry junior school for pupils aged 7 to 11, is a part-time temporary role due to start in November 2026. Working under the direct instruction of teaching and senior staff, usually alongside the class teacher, the post-holder helps pupils access learning and supports the teacher in managing the class. The school is fully inclusive and sits within a multi-academy trust working in some of the most deprived parts of the North of England. Visa sponsorship is not available.
