A Foundation Learning post at DN Colleges Group supporting the DFN Project SEARCH programme, which helps young people with SEND move into paid work. The core of the job is coaching interns on placement, teaching employability and vocational skills, and building their independence in real workplaces. At 35.5 hours a week, the work spans learners, host employers, families and partner organisations, so relationship-building matters as much as coaching.
