Merton Council's Planning department is seeking a Deputy Director to head the development and housing delivery work within the Regeneration & Planning division. The post leads the New Homes Programme, taking schemes from site identification and viability testing through funding, procurement and partnerships to on-site delivery.
The role focuses on working with the GLA, developers, investors and registered providers to bring forward more affordable homes and help shape the wider regeneration
