PA Housing is seeking a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor to join the Assets department. You will diagnose problems, specify and procure repairs, and manage contractors through to completion sign-off. The role requires a full driving licence and a DBS check, with 35 hours per week including Saturdays and an out-of-hours rota.
You will support residents, review cost plans and monitor performance to ensure value-for-money and high resident satisfaction.
