The work centres on keeping that kitchen running day to day, with cleaning, organising and washing up in high volumes. Hours are offered on several set shift patterns, from early morning to early evening. Basic food hygiene and health and safety knowledge is wanted, but the Royal Horticultural Society provides the training.
