Full-time Cover Coach post in the Cover Teachers team at Hayes School, covering classes for short-term absence of teaching staff from November 2026. The core work is covering Years 7 to 11 lessons, including overseeing set work and managing student behaviour, alongside coaching sport in the after-school enrichment programme. What sets it apart is the sports element: the post also takes fixtures and leads teams for the Director of Sport, with hours of 8.15am to 4.15pm that can flex for after-school activities. An Enhanced DBS check is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
