The Health Inclusion Nurse post sits within the integrated Families First team at HCRG Care Group, on a fixed-term basis within a test-and-learn model. The core of the work is holistic health assessments and targeted support for children, young people and families facing disadvantage, delivered alongside Family Help Practitioners and social workers.
Current NMC registration and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle are needed to apply.
