Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a compassionate Community Care Assistant to support adults to live independently across the city. The role involves personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and assisting with daily activities in a person-centred way, while protecting privacy, dignity and choice.
This part-time post is 21 hours a week, mainly evenings 4pm–10pm, with weekends on a rota and travel across north and south Stoke.
