The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the general practice team split between Chaucer Surgery and Camphill Health Centre. The post is part-time (30 hours over four days) with consultations by phone, online, face-to-face and home visits.
The role requires a postgraduate ACP qualification and an Independent Prescriber qualification, or active progression towards the latter.
