Inizio is seeking an experienced Community IV Nurse to join the Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. You will deliver IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition to patients at home, assess and adapt care plans, and educate patients and carers for safe self-management.
The role involves regular travel within the community with autonomy in scheduling visits. A minimum of one year post-registration experience and a valid UK driving licence are required.
