The Ministry of Justice, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy administrative and customer service function for court users, judiciary and managers. You will lead on performance, health and safety, and coordination of two additional courts.
You will analyse data to drive improvements, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as accommodation liaison officer while ensuring site issues are resolved with minimal disruption.
