Woodcote High School is recruiting a fixed-term teacher of art and photography, or design and technology, for students aged 11 to 18. The post sits in a team of subject teachers who plan units together and share resources and student work. Students come from varied backgrounds, and some need considerable encouragement before they believe they can do well. Experienced and early-career teachers may apply, but an enhanced DBS and right to work are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
What the job involves
- Teach art and photography, and/or design and technology, to students aged 11 to 18
- Plan units with other art, photography and design and technology teachers
- Share resources and review students' work with colleagues
- Help every student achieve a result in the subject that they are proud of
- Keep developing your teaching of the subject
