What the job involves
- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework
- Assess, plan and deliver nursing care with the patient and their carer or family, respecting patient choice
- Act as the named nurse for assigned patients
- Observe and engage with patients to assess need and evaluate progress
- Monitor and review nursing care plans
- Work as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team

Registration & licences
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Active NMC registration
Experience
