Adullam Homes Housing Association has a weekend Concierge post covering out-of-hours site presence in its supported accommodation. The holder is the contact point for housing-related support and emergencies outside core service hours, keeping the building and residents safe. The post is 24 hours a week, with safeguarding concerns escalated and logged. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship is offered.
What the job involves
- Act as the contact point for housing-related support, including incident and emergency management outside core hours
- Maintain a site presence out of hours in supported accommodation
- Ensure the safety and security of the building and of tenants, residents and service users
- Safeguard service users out of hours by following the escalation of concern process
- Report concerns to the relevant agencies
- Record information on systems and in staff communication books
- Maintain health and safety out of hours by reporting building safety concerns and repairs under policy
- Contribute to the development of the Association's values, culture and ethos
