Claimont Health is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to join its clinical team. The role provides one-to-one care in clients' homes, either live-in or home-visit, supporting individuals with complex needs and CAMHS experience.
You will deliver person-centred care, maintain records within 24 hours, and work with families and carers to promote mental health, safeguarding, and community participation. A UK driving licence is required and enhanced DBS disclosure is expected.
