The Deal and Sandwich Primary Care Network is seeking a Paramedic to assess, treat and manage health needs in patients’ homes and in care homes, helping to reduce avoidable admissions.
You will undertake weekly care home ward rounds, participate in ReSPECT work and collaborate with the wider PCN team to provide integrated community care.
Active HCPC registration is required, with a commitment to achieving the paramedic FCP clinical pillar competencies within six months of starting.
