The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Bordon and Petersfield Community Mental Health Team, covering Bordon, Petersfield and the Strawberry Primary Care Network in Havant, within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for a defined caseload, coordinate care, supervise and teach staff and students, and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
