Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the Golden Valley District Nursing Team. You will provide home-based care, including wounds, palliative support, and long-term condition management, travelling across a large rural patch.
Newly qualified nurses are welcome if they gain a mentor qualification within 12 months. Registration as an Adult Nurse is required and you will work with GPs, palliative teams and therapists to keep patients independent and out of hospital.
