Jewish Care's Community Dementia Team is seeking a Community Dementia Assistant to help people living with dementia and their families stay connected through welcoming programmes, volunteering, and local partnerships.
The role covers four days a week (24 hours), Monday to Thursday, with travel to other local hubs. You will develop activities, train volunteers, and report to the Community Hub Manager while building trusted relationships.
