MacIntyre is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred support to an individual in their home and community. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and transport, building trust and encouraging participation in everyday life.
You will work as part of a MDT with nurses, follow a rota across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and you must have a valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
