Cheshire East Council is seeking two permanent lawyers to join the Property legal team. You will provide commercial property advice on disposals, acquisitions, leases, development agreements, highway schemes and compulsory purchase, managing your own caseload under the Principal Lawyer.
The roles require admission as a solicitor or equivalent with current practising certificate in England and Wales, and a proven ability to work to deadlines with strong negotiation and drafting skills.
