Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a permanent Council Tax Officer in the Local Taxation’s Council Tax Team. The role focuses on maintaining Council Tax systems and records and handling written and verbal enquiries under financial legislation and data protection rules.
You will aim to maximise income by encouraging take-up of discounts, exemptions and reliefs, and arrange payment of arrears while offering debt advice. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.
