Patient Meals Cook – Bulk Cooking & Food Safety in Coalville

The North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust catering department is seeking a cook to prepare and serve patients' meals within food safety law and HACCP guidelines. You will cook to standard recipes, manage special diets and allergen rules, and assist with buffets and hospitality requests, while maintaining daily liaison with nursing staff and colleagues.

You will work unsupervised with a team, handling occasional deliveries and helping train new starters in kitchen methods.
