What the job involves
- Maintain hospital security standards by following relevant policies and procedures
- Work closely with the maintenance team to keep all areas spotless
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services
- Be an active team member with a share of day-to-day responsibility
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Build good working relationships with staff, visitors and service users
- Help create a positive culture
- Carry out other appropriate tasks as requested
- Attend mandatory and statutory training annually
