North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8a Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Warrington Urgent Community Response team. The post leads and supports the team in assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating patient-centred care within a dynamic service.
The role requires a V300 prescribing qualification and a clinical MSc (or current study towards it), with a flexible 80/20 split between clinical work and management, and weekend shifts as needed.
