Two cleaning posts at Cavendish Close Infant and Nursery School, part of Derby City Council, are fixed term to 22 December 2027, with a possible move to permanent. The work is daily school cleaning, done under the Site Manager within a cleaning team. Hours are term time only, including INSET days, 4pm to 6:24pm on weekdays, 12 hours a week. The post is regulated activity, so an enhanced DBS check is needed before appointment.

- Cleaning the school under the direction of the Site Manager

Qualifications
- First aid training, or willingness to complete it
Skills & knowledge
- Basic literacy to read policies, procedures and training
- Good spoken English
- Basic IT skills to complete online training independently
- Flexible attitude
- Works well in a team and communicates effectively
- Works under the direction of the Site Manager

- Satisfactory references, including current or most recent employer
- Completed self-declaration form
