- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Complete documentation accurately and on time, using hospital-approved forms and guidelines
- Know and follow hospital policy and professional standards, and ensure team members do the same
- Provide excellent, evidence-based care to patients
- Assess each patient, and plan, deliver and evaluate their care with accurate records
- Communicate with the multidisciplinary team, other departments, relatives and visitors
- Follow agreed standards of care and inform seniors when they cannot be met
