Ormiston Latimer Academy seeks an HLTA to lead the school's mental health and wellbeing strategy and to plan and deliver learning for individuals, small groups and whole classes in collaboration with the SENDCo team.
You will identify at-risk learners, implement IEPs and interventions, and line manage Learning Support Practitioners while promoting inclusive reintegration into mainstream education.
