This fixed-term salaried GP post covers maternity leave at Lisson Grove Health Centre, a practice serving over 7,500 patients, for nine months. The work is four to six sessions a week, with a set patient load of 13 in the morning and 12 in the afternoon, plus dedicated admin time and limited home visits. The practice runs on SystemOne with a multidisciplinary team and offers support for newly qualified GPs. GMC registration and MRCGP are required, and newly qualified GPs are accepted.
What the job involves
- Deliver four to six clinical sessions a week
- See 13 patients in morning sessions and 12 in afternoon sessions
- Manage a limited number of scripts and letters, supported by the in‑house pharmacy team and workflow processes
- Carry out a small number of home visits
