Operose Health is recruiting a practice nurse for the general practice team at Brunswick Medical Centre. The work centres on patient care, including treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care, while supporting the registered manager with CQC compliance and making sure practice policies are followed. The post is full-time at 37.50 hours a week and needs experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations. Candidates must be UK registered nurses with significant post-registration experience and knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.
What the job involves
- Assist the registered manager with CQC outcomes and maintain compliance
- Work with the general practice team to meet patients' needs

Experience
- Significant post-registration experience
