Whittington Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate for a nine-month fixed-term role in the Haringey Multi-Agency Care and Coordination Team. You will provide proactive, person-centred care to frail or complex adults and work within an MDT to coordinate care and deliver delegated tasks.
You will hold NMC registration as a Nursing Associate and participate in multidisciplinary discussions to support integrated care and learning in a supportive team environment.
