You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction, provide first-line HR advice, and support employee relations, absence, performance and wellbeing. The role sits with the school and collaborates with the Trust HR team to ensure consistent practice.
Experience in education is advantageous, but HR professionals from other sectors are welcome. Visa sponsorship is not available.
