Beacon Medical Group is seeking a Specialist Practice Nurse to join its primary care partnership. The role focuses on nursing care and managing chronic disease, from diagnosis to patient-specific management plans agreed with patients and other health professionals.
It is a part-time post of 18 to 21.5 hours per week, working alongside doctors and the wider team. Applicants must be a Registered General Nurse with recognised training in asthma, COPD or diabetes.
