The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is recruiting a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work at Cherry Tree Cottage, a three-bed children's home run jointly with Hertfordshire County Council social services.
You will undertake mental health assessments, care planning and crisis containment for children in care, with the aim of preventing hospital admission and supporting a settled move.
