Vertas Group's Facilities Team is recruiting a caretaker to keep sites maintained and clean. Duties span cleaning, maintenance, waste management, porterage, light decorating, fire checks and key holding. The post is 30 hours a week on split shifts from Monday to Friday, with flexibility on the 07:00 to 19:00 window, and needs prior caretaking or trades experience. An Enhanced DBS check applies, and the role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
What the job involves
- Carry out cleaning

Experience
- Experience in caretaking, maintenance, trades or handyperson work
